PATIENTS WITH DENTAL INSURANCE: 

Our office accepts most dental insurance plans, and is a participating provider with Delta Dental, Federal Employee Benefits Program, and Delaware Medicaid.

We will submit any claims for treatment to your insurance company on your behalf. For most insurance policies we are able to estimate the deductible and copayment due from you. The estimated fees will be collected at time of treatment. You will be responsible for any additional amount that is due above the amount collected if your insurance does changes or does not pay their portion for any reason.

Payment for treatment will is expected at time of professional service.
